ABOUT
Our History
ETMS was first incorporated in Mauritius in 1989 by C. Felix Adam, who was until recently the longest serving consulting engineer in Mauritius after a short career in the Petroleum industry. Over the years, he served countless clients locally and internationally, acquiring a strong reputation based on his expertise in the fields of sugar production, power generation and petroleum storage.
In 2013, Jean Michel Quevauvilliers accompanied by a strong team of engineers took over the direction of ETMS after an extensive experience in the industrial sector, having worked in the sugar sector and power generation sectors for more than fifteen years. He has been involved in the implementation of maintenance management systems and is now a recognized professional in the field.

ETMS offers professional inspection services to fulfill the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 2005 and its subsequent alterations. We also inspect equipment and premises for verification to conformity of design and to internatiosal standards
Energy Auditing
Energy Auditing
Following the enactment of the Energy Efficiency Act 2011 and the Energy Efficiency Regulations 2017, ETMS has taken on the challenge of energy auditing. With a Certified Energy Auditor from the Association of Energy Engineers and a multidisciplinary team of electrical, mechanical, chemical and civil engineers, all areas of the audit are covered by industry experts. The energy audit is performed in line with ISO5002:2014 requirements

Trained by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), the oldest appraisal society in the United States, ETMS provides solutions for the creation of an asset registry by tagging your equipment, reconciliation of an asset list with equipment on site hence migrating your asset registry on the AMS360 platform, valuation and/or revaluation of assets under your care.
TRAINING
ETMSkills provides specialized technical training to engineers and technicians. We provide further training in specific fields as well as complementary knowledge to those (for e.g. managers from non-technical background or technicians from other fields of study) aiming to understand technical people.
